Frequently Asked Questions about SOLT Call Buttons

Hopefully you can read a few snippets of information about SOLT products that are important and will help you to  understand SOLT wireless calling buttons below.

Answer1:

Yes SOLT wireless equipment IS CE fully approved and we can provide the CE documents if required. Some customers need those to ensure that products they use are actually compliant with the law. While SOLT is, some companies products are still not compliant. Thankfully SOLT products are.

Answer2:

Yes you can. SOLT make a signal boost repeater system that extends the range of their products. Importantly, the repeater systems stop repeater 'bounce' that otherwise would show up repeats of the same messages - thankfully!

Answer3:

Note that in most products there is a 'common' system wide method of messaging using a SOLT protocol. If you're unsure about what works or not simply call us or fill out our contact form.

Answer4:

Indeed some of them are. It's all a matter of choice and some of the calling buttons are waterproof to IPX7 at least. But if you are unsure about any SOLT devices and being waterproof just give us a call and we'll help.

Answer5:

The warranty on SOLT equipment sold BY US is extended to two years for complete piece of mind. Exclusions are things like willful damage, loss, misuse and a few more things but you will find that OUR warranty makes other warranties look poor.

Answer6:

We do sell other communications equipment that compliments the SOLT wireless call buttons and other equipment. Items like IP radios and accessories for example.

Answer7:

It is possible to buy goods from us with a proper credit account. You have to be able to supply us with a bank and two trade references and fill out our credit application form so that we can check the suitability of a credit account. History of trading with other companies is important and we do investigate that aspect. If you would like a credit application form then please do contact us and we'll send you one.

Answer8:

Yes it is. In fact we're currently looking for partners to work with in the UK. We only need a small number of specialised resellers to work with us. Knowledge of the wireless messaging sector would be useful and if you have an interest call us directly as we're eager to work with other great companies in the United Kingdom.
